Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of live plants, Jay’s Tropicals does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge the inherent risk in shipping live plants. We take every precaution to ensure your plants are packaged safely and arrive in healthy condition. However, we cannot guarantee how they will be handled during transit once they leave our hands.
If your plant arrives severely damaged or does not survive the journey, we ask that you email us at jaystropicals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the plant and packaging as it arrived
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit equal to the value of the plant (excluding shipping costs). This credit can be used toward a future purchase.
